Very impressed! I had 2 windows soundproofed in December one of the busiest times and from the beginning from quote to installation the crew at soundproofing were amazing and so helpful ! It’s made such a difference especially nighttime so thanks to Stevie (admin) and Steve and the crew !

Exceeded expectations - Highly recommend.

We live beside a busy road and above a busy shopping complex so we get all types of noise; cars, trucks, voices, gatherings, music etc.

We ordered 4x products and an install from Soundproof Warehouse. 2x windows for our main bedroom and our ensuite bathroom, and 2x door seals for our bedroom and ensuite bathroom too. The goal being to soundproof our bedroom so we can have a good nights sleep.

The soundproofing and end result has far exceeded our expectations. We thought we’d still hear a little bit of noise here and there etc but we literally hear nothing - our bedroom is very quiet and peaceful. No noise comes in and we can finally sleep in peace. When we go from our un-soundproofed living room into our soundproofed bedroom, the difference is night and day. End goal definitely achieved.

The quality of the products and install is exceptional, we had our hesitancies that it might look out of place or not fit in with the rest of the room - but this is not the case. They fit in perfectly, blend with the room, edges are straight, everything’s tight, a faultless install - thanks Johan. Materials are of good quality, they feel like they are built to last.

Communication with Steve and his team were pleasant from first contact. Always a positive experience and conversation, Steve was quick to come out and give us a quote, took the time to understand why we needed soundproofing and what products would best achieve our desired outcome, was honest, upfront, informative and a pleasure to speak with. Stevie from the office and Johan the installer were also great to deal with - thanks team.

It’s obvious that Steve genuinely cares about his company and the work that they do. It’s obvious that they genuinely care about the products they install, the quality of the install and all other aspects involved. It’s obvious that Steve has hired a team that share the same passion for doing a good job and doing things the right way.

We looked at other reviews prior to proceeding with Soundproof Warehouse, and now that we’ve completed the job, we’re surprised about a few other reviews.
One is negatively speaking about a curtain having to be removed, but this is obvious if the curtain is in the way - so makes sense it’ll need to be removed….
One spoke negatively about mess and aggression, our bedroom was left spotless and all team members have been very respectful and polite - so I think that review is quite exaggerated….
And one review spoke negatively about a ‘large man’ demanding payment and not leaving until paid. We had the ‘large man’ install our products and I said I’ll pay shortly and he said sure no worries and politely left - definitely did not refuse to leave until paid.

I’m summary, a great experience from start to finish and the main thing being the soundproofing - it far exceeded our expectations, we’re very happy with everything, grateful to the team for giving us our good nights sleeps back, would definitely recommend the company and will definitely return to them if we require anything else with regards to soundproofing.

Very happy with our newly installed secondary glazing windows. We live on a main road with a lot of traffic outside and our bedroom has a number of very large windows. The secondary glazing has made a huge difference in noise reduction. Stephen provided great service and his installers did a fantastic job. If you're on the fence about getting these installed I would highly recommend it.

Their service is simply outstanding from first query to specific recommendations to follow through.

The new soundproof window made our bedroom very quiet! The improvement is significant and there is almost no sound getting in.

Outstanding is the first word that case to mind with dealing with Soundproof Wearhouse team. From first phone call to the last payment. Clear communication, helpful professional staff. Absolute pleasure thank you and let this be your first choice in window installation.

Stephen was excellent when preparing the quote and conducting the inspection. The installers did a very neat job and it looks great. Street noise was reduced to nil. The barking dog noise (think very loud punishing high sharp yelp which was the main reason for doing this) while not eliminated was dramatically attenuated. At no point did we expect or led to believe by the Soundproof team the dog noise would be completely removed it has however met our expectation and makes the situation far more bearable.

Highly recommend using Soundproof Warehouse to make your house a sanctuary! Their communication is excellent and from the owner to the install team we could clearly see there’s an excellent culture in the business. The windows are exactly as promised and have minimised the noise from the very busy road we are next to. It’s wonderful to have a good nights sleep! As an added bonus we have a dog who on occasion likes to sing the song of her people to the neighbourhood and the windows are now preventing her “singing” from being heard throughout the neighbourhood.

We love the fence wrap. I suffer significant noise anxiety from the next door neighbors pool pump and while we have insulated the walls and double glazed the windows we were looking for an option that might further reduce the noise closer to the pump itself, when we came across the fence wrap. We only needed a little to help reduce\deaden the noise and it worked better than expected ...and the customer service was excellent!

Got the windows due to noisy neighbours. Best investment and no regrets. They have made a significant difference.

The team is responsible, responsive and great. I had Steve come out to quote for us 3 years ago but we weren't ready. Had him come back again and got sound proofing done and wish we had done it sooner. From quotes which were reasonable, yo communications inbetween and installing it, the team was very professional, friendly and I cannot fault them. I had 2 windows fitted and the difference in the sound is amazing! We no longer hear the hum of the air con or pool filter and its so peaceful now with less noise. The windows look really good and match perfectly to our existing windows and frames and with full access to clean the outside window, it's great. Overall, everyone who I have dealt with has been amazing, and their service and product is fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

Very happy with the installation. We live right next to a road and the cars sometimes woke my kids up even with white noise. So impressed with how well the windows work. My apartment unit is close to a main road. I searched and researched the solutions to reduce the noise inside the unit. I found that the secondary glazing of the windows is the most viable option.
I contacted Soundproofwarehouse team and a few other such service providers to request for quotes. They offered me a competitive price. Stephan came to my unit for the measurement and generously spent some time to listen to my concerns and offered professional advice.
After a few weeks, John and Josh, employed by the Soundproof warehouse team installed the doors and windows in half a day. Now, I am enjoying the peacefulness inside my unit though living close to a busy road.

I’m a light sleeper and our house is right outside a main road where the traffic noise at peak hours can be quite loud and relentless. Our main bedroom is at the front of the house so I’ve had to sleep in another room away from the road with earplugs.

We had our windows installed a couple of days ago and I couldn’t be happier. The noise reduction has been incredible. The room is super quiet and I’ve been able to have a peaceful night sleep.

Really really impressed with my secondary glazing installed yesterday by soundproof warehouse. I was nervous about how it would look, how accessible the window should be etc and there was absolutely no need to be worried! The result is really clean and you wouldn’t even notice it was there if you didn’t know. Window is still fully functional. Installers were efficient and friendly. Noise is significantly reduced.

Installed second set of windows - result miraculous for my wife who suffers from head pain - has almost cut out the exterior noise (we live in an inner city area) - company could not be better - from initial intelligent contact (estimate given prior to visit) to efficiency and professionalism of installers . I could not recommend their company or product more highly. One of the really good ones and this is from someone who has run companies most of his life. They are an example of how to do it.

I had windows installed to help reduce aircraft noise. Stephen was on time, very knowledgeable and professional. John who completed the installation was also professional, did a clean job and was great to deal with. There has certainly been a reduction in aircraft noise by about 15-20 DBs. Great wiork guys!

My bedroom window faces a noisy main road and as soon as he was finished there was instant peace and quiet. I'm amazed at the noise reduction from the double glazed window. I can't wait for my first night of no noise when I go to bed.

I bought an apartment besides a busy and noisy street (Dornoch Terrace) and realized that I was unable to sleep with all the car noises from the window of my bedroom. Hired Soundproof Warehouse for installing a double glazing, and then all the noise from the street was gone and I can now sleep peacefully. The price is not cheap, but it was definitely worth it, very happy with the outcome!

I live near the M1 on the Gold Coast and traffic noise was pretty bad at times. I had soundproof warehouse install a sliding door and window in the main bedroom. The noise reduction is outstanding. I would highly recommend this product and company.
