Great product at great price. Traffic noise was annoying me, we recently moved and everyone said to give it time and I’ll get used to it. This didn’t happen so I decided to install secondary glazed windows. It has reduced the noise of cars from hearing the engine and tyres on every car to a quiet humm, the best part is when it’s raining I can’t hear the noise of tyres on the wet road. We recently engaged Soundproof Warehouse to install a soundproofing solution in one of our accommodation rooms, and so far we are extremely impressed. From the initial advice through to the completion of the work, the process was professional, straightforward and well organised. A special mention must go to Brad, who managed the entire project himself. His workmanship was exceptional and it’s rare to find someone with such a diverse skill set. He handled everything from the installation and plastering through to the painting, delivering a high-quality finish throughout. Brad was punctual, hardworking and took great pride in his work. I found this business through Google and read the reviews. I found them a great company to deal with. I had a Gold Coast quote and they smashed it. I had a soundproof window installed and I am happy with the results. Appointments were on time as was the install and Kelly and her team provided really good support. Highly recommend.

We live on a main road & the noise from the cars & trucks is really load in our main bedroom at the front of the house , so we looked into trying to cut the noise down , done a little research & come across the Soundproof Warehouse , so they came out & inspected our front window , so what happened was after discussing our situation, they advised of installing another window inside of the existing window which has thicker glass & also created an air gap between the 2 windows , that also acts as insulation, this has cut down the road noise by 40 % , so very happy with this team , they done an excellent job & we’re very professional.

Good value and great service. I Purchased CSR Fibretex 450 'Rockwool' and some MLV tape and they provided fantastic service. Their pricing was equivalent to Bunnings for their product and cheaper than The manufacturer's trade centres!!. knowledgeable and great communication around pricing, technical specs of products and delivery to Adelaide. Will be using them again for sound proofing products on my next renovation for sure.

The installation went smoothly and when I later noticed a small gap that needed sealing, the team responded quickly and came back to fix it without hesitation. The man who attended the house to measure the windows was honest and professional. He told me about the walls and door in my old home will minimise the overall effectiveness. Even though this was the case it has made such a difference. So much so I have added another room that feels so peaceful now. I didn't realise how stressful the sound was until it was drastically reduced. Amazing instal guys and after sales service. A wonderful experience and the outcome is blissful.

We live on a major road by some traffic lights and the bedroom on that side of the apartment is very noisy with the original 1980's sliding aluminium windows. I ordered secondary glazing just before Christmas to try to cut down on the noise and help with the afternoon sun. They had the added bonus that because they are installed inside, you don't need body corporate approval. The installation too between 1-2 hours only and the guy that installed it was really nice. The first thing I noticed was that it completely modernised the look of the room. It also seems so much better quality than the dodgy aluminium windows we have. They glide smoothly, but at the same time feel a lot more solid. It's hard to know how much their installation has helped with heat. I just know that my son hasn't complained since we put them in. Sound-wise, it's amazing! It takes away all the higher pitch noises that disturb you and the room just feels quiet now. If I'm honest most of the noise that comes through I would guess comes from the next room and through the door rather than through the glass. My son is away at the moment and I slept in there the other night to see what it was like, and it really was a different experience. If you have the noise issues we do, I would definitely recommend them. I wish I could attach a video showing the noise level difference between two rooms next to each other! However Google insists a 24 second video is over 30 seconds long! Obviously our AI overlords aren't all they are cracked up to be!

Got a secondary glazing window installed in the main bedroom for noise reduction from the main road. Would highly recommend. Very friendly staff and owner. Came to do a free quote and provided excellent advice. Installation was surprisingly quick and the workmanship was excellent. Very happy with the look and quality of the product and the noise reduction has been better than I expected.

The whole process from quoting to installation was smooth, with the company giving an honest estimation of the amount of noise that could be reduced in our place given our circumstances. While we had to wait from deposit to installation, we were given clear time frames and they fulfilled them impeccably. We're satisfied with the service and with the amount of soundproofing we got.

Positive experience with soundproof warehouse. Saw their videos online and reached out to have two secondary windows installed behind two bays of casement windows. Prompt responses and answered all of my questions from booking, quote and install. Price was what we budgeted and cheaper than competitor. And installed a month earlier than planned. We've noticed a large reduction of road noise from the install and worth every penny. I would highly recommend anyone looking at sound reduction to use soundproof warehouse.
