Can I use it on its own, or does it need other products?

It can be used alone, but for best soundproofing results it’s often paired with:

• Plasterboard
• Acoustic insulation
• Resilient channels or clips
• Acoustic sealants

Soundproofing works best as a system, not a solo act.
