The installation went smoothly and when I later noticed a small gap that needed sealing, the team responded quickly and came back to fix it without hesitation. The man who attended the house to measure the windows was honest and professional. He told me about the walls and door in my old home will minimise the overall effectiveness. Even though this was the case it has made such a difference. So much so I have added another room that feels so peaceful now. I didn't realise how stressful the sound was until it was drastically reduced. Amazing instal guys and after sales service. A wonderful experience and the outcome is blissful.

We live on a major road by some traffic lights and the bedroom on that side of the apartment is very noisy with the original 1980's sliding aluminium windows. I ordered secondary glazing just before Christmas to try to cut down on the noise and help with the afternoon sun. They had the added bonus that because they are installed inside, you don't need body corporate approval.

The installation too between 1-2 hours only and the guy that installed it was really nice. The first thing I noticed was that it completely modernised the look of the room. It also seems so much better quality than the dodgy aluminium windows we have. They glide smoothly, but at the same time feel a lot more solid.

It's hard to know how much their installation has helped with heat. I just know that my son hasn't complained since we put them in. Sound-wise, it's amazing! It takes away all the higher pitch noises that disturb you and the room just feels quiet now. If I'm honest most of the noise that comes through I would guess comes from the next room and through the door rather than through the glass. My son is away at the moment and I slept in there the other night to see what it was like, and it really was a different experience. If you have the noise issues we do, I would definitely recommend them.

I wish I could attach a video showing the noise level difference between two rooms next to each other! However Google insists a 24 second video is over 30 seconds long! Obviously our AI overlords aren't all they are cracked up to be!

Got a secondary glazing window installed in the main bedroom for noise reduction from the main road. Would highly recommend. Very friendly staff and owner. Came to do a free quote and provided excellent advice. Installation was surprisingly quick and the workmanship was excellent. Very happy with the look and quality of the product and the noise reduction has been better than I expected.

The whole process from quoting to installation was smooth, with the company giving an honest estimation of the amount of noise that could be reduced in our place given our circumstances. While we had to wait from deposit to installation, we were given clear time frames and they fulfilled them impeccably. We're satisfied with the service and with the amount of soundproofing we got.

Soundproof warehouse installed 16 additional windows upstairs at my home. I have noticed better heat and sound insulation. I am using less air conditioning as a result. I like the windows a lot. Very good job.

This is the best company I have ever dealt with. Prompt service, excellent communication, friendly knowledgeable staff who answered all my questions and explained things well and the products reduced noise levels dramatically. Soundproof windows stopped the loud noise from neighbours and saved us moving. Soundproofing the ceiling in enclosed pergola reduced vibrating and traffic noise. Overall it was a 10 star experience not 5. The receptionist was brilliant too. She kept me informed through every stage. I would highly recommend the products and dealing with everyone in this company.

Exceeded expectations - Highly recommend.

We live beside a busy road and above a busy shopping complex so we get all types of noise; cars, trucks, voices, gatherings, music etc.

We ordered 4x products and an install from Soundproof Warehouse. 2x windows for our main bedroom and our ensuite bathroom, and 2x door seals for our bedroom and ensuite bathroom too. The goal being to soundproof our bedroom so we can have a good nights sleep.

The soundproofing and end result has far exceeded our expectations. We thought we’d still hear a little bit of noise here and there etc but we literally hear nothing - our bedroom is very quiet and peaceful. No noise comes in and we can finally sleep in peace. When we go from our un-soundproofed living room into our soundproofed bedroom, the difference is night and day. End goal definitely achieved.

The quality of the products and install is exceptional, we had our hesitancies that it might look out of place or not fit in with the rest of the room - but this is not the case. They fit in perfectly, blend with the room, edges are straight, everything’s tight, a faultless install - thanks Johan. Materials are of good quality, they feel like they are built to last.

Communication with Steve and his team were pleasant from first contact. Always a positive experience and conversation, Steve was quick to come out and give us a quote, took the time to understand why we needed soundproofing and what products would best achieve our desired outcome, was honest, upfront, informative and a pleasure to speak with. Stevie from the office and Johan the installer were also great to deal with - thanks team.

It’s obvious that Steve genuinely cares about his company and the work that they do. It’s obvious that they genuinely care about the products they install, the quality of the install and all other aspects involved. It’s obvious that Steve has hired a team that share the same passion for doing a good job and doing things the right way.

We looked at other reviews prior to proceeding with Soundproof Warehouse, and now that we’ve completed the job, we’re surprised about a few other reviews.
One is negatively speaking about a curtain having to be removed, but this is obvious if the curtain is in the way - so makes sense it’ll need to be removed….
One spoke negatively about mess and aggression, our bedroom was left spotless and all team members have been very respectful and polite - so I think that review is quite exaggerated….
And one review spoke negatively about a ‘large man’ demanding payment and not leaving until paid. We had the ‘large man’ install our products and I said I’ll pay shortly and he said sure no worries and politely left - definitely did not refuse to leave until paid.

I’m summary, a great experience from start to finish and the main thing being the soundproofing - it far exceeded our expectations, we’re very happy with everything, grateful to the team for giving us our good nights sleeps back, would definitely recommend the company and will definitely return to them if we require anything else with regards to soundproofing.

Very happy with our newly installed secondary glazing windows. We live on a main road with a lot of traffic outside and our bedroom has a number of very large windows. The secondary glazing has made a huge difference in noise reduction. Stephen provided great service and his installers did a fantastic job. If you're on the fence about getting these installed I would highly recommend it.

Their service is simply outstanding from first query to specific recommendations to follow through.

Outstanding is the first word that case to mind with dealing with Soundproof Wearhouse team. From first phone call to the last payment. Clear communication, helpful professional staff. Absolute pleasure thank you and let this be your first choice in window installation.

Stephen was excellent when preparing the quote and conducting the inspection. The installers did a very neat job and it looks great. Street noise was reduced to nil. The barking dog noise (think very loud punishing high sharp yelp which was the main reason for doing this) while not eliminated was dramatically attenuated. At no point did we expect or led to believe by the Soundproof team the dog noise would be completely removed it has however met our expectation and makes the situation far more bearable.

Highly recommend using Soundproof Warehouse to make your house a sanctuary! Their communication is excellent and from the owner to the install team we could clearly see there’s an excellent culture in the business. The windows are exactly as promised and have minimised the noise from the very busy road we are next to. It’s wonderful to have a good nights sleep! As an added bonus we have a dog who on occasion likes to sing the song of her people to the neighbourhood and the windows are now preventing her “singing” from being heard throughout the neighbourhood.
