How does the Echo Control Kit work?
UltraQuiet’s porous surface absorbs sound waves to reduce background noise and improve room acoustics. Once absorbed, the sound waves dissolve in the slender, filament structure. Unfortunately, Echo Control panels do not block out noise entirely – this is not their purpose. However, you can improve this by adding layers of heavier material.
Who is it best for?
The UltraQuiet panels are ideal for anyone wanting to trap background noise without distorting the remaining sound, so your voice is clear and easy to hear. It would provide the best results for:
- Home recording studios – music, podcasts etc.
- Home offices
- Meeting rooms
- Gaming/streaming rooms

Safe & Sound Echo Control Kit
UltraQuiet panels’ long-term resistance to high temperatures and excellent fire characteristics stems from the melamine resin used. The high nitrogen content of the resin makes the foam flame-resistant without the need for flame retardants. In addition, the UltraQuiet panels are a thermoset, so in a fire, the material does not melt. Instead, the foam chars and produces a small amount of smoke.
